99.999% sure it is for everyone, you do not have to be a UK resident to register a co.uk or .uk domain

You can double check with nominet on their site.....https://www.nominet.uk/uk-domains/policies/policies-rules regarding reg rules, but for the promo it is for everyone I believe

They lifted the UK resident requirement not that long ago. Pleas be aware that they will charge you when you want to transfer away like mentioned before. I'll pass...

I can't even log into the account I signed up with them after registration. I was not given a password either.

They are very bad company. If you buy a domain from them, they take payment from your card and they dont register domain. After 15-20 day they refund your money but not full refund...

They did register one domain name for me but I have never been able to log into the account. Now I am worried they might bill me while i do no have access to the account to effect any changes. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Surely You Can Just Request An IPS TAG Change.
