The way this will work is you will get the traffic to my site, and if I see a significant increase in traffic and forum activity, I will put your Adsense, YPN, AdBrite, or w/e type of ad you want on where the current YPN ad is (on the index page's right column under the Sponsor heading).
You will get all revenue from whatever your ad generates. And if the traffic and activity continues then I will keep your ad there and running. If you're wondering what's in it for me, I'd be getting traffic and activity to my forums, but you get to keep all the revenue from your ad.
