how do i register domains with german characters in them?

i was trying name secure and it doesnt work.

Try Idotz http://www.idotz.net/ Then scroll down to the multilingual domains. You should be able to reg some but they do not have the German ß character for the hard "s" sound

Does anyone know if a .info domain can be registered with international characters?

Also, does anyone know how many german browsers have this function built in and how many people use it.
