This really appeals to me for the following reasons;

Geo - obvious

Uno - "1"

Uno - "Number One"

Uno - "United Nations Office"

Uno - "You Know"

I think developed this could be a great site

Any Thoughts ?

When you park a domain name does it take some time for ppc to build up ? or is there a general rush if the name is popular / or keywords used ?

No, generally it doesn't take, domain should start getting type-ins and clicks as soon as it is parked. Though in some cases, depending on the current affairs and the domain name, the traffic can go considerably high or low.
