The other day I read in the paper that baby gender selection is illegal in many countries except the USA. And that the clinics are using websites and other marketing to get people to come to the US, and its working very well.

Then Yesterday I saw a program on tv talking about baby gender selection.

so I was like... why not and reg'd.

I dunno...seems a VERY specific forum name and would be TOUGH to get going.

If the science is there it may get big, but personally I think even if people are talking about it it would be a few threads in different forums and never a whole forum unto itself.

As for the others you may be on to something. GenderDoctor(s) if it's the correct term could be huge. Just wait till 60 minutes does a big story on Gender Doctors and you'll be golden.

Till then it's just a lottery ticket, but they haven't drawn the numbers yet.

I just think its amazing that they can do this now. And there are two methods one is grow the embryo in a test tube using the egg and sperm. The other and less invasive way is that they weigh each little sperm cell to determine which are X's and which are Y's. The egg is always an X.. XX =Female and XY=Male...
Then they just make sure either the right chromosome makes it to the womans egg.

GenderForum could touch more topics then just baby gender selection.
