.in names are mostly appreciated and valued in Germany and by germans, infact even more so than Indians.

Anyway, the traffic on this domain has nothing to do with the .in extension or the government. The domain used to be a fully developed adult german site, so most of the traffic comes for that.

Please provide screen shots of referrer source. You mention backlinks and typein, however, this doesn't add up. Can you please show traffic data dating back further what you have posted (6 months minimum).

There are some backlinks on the non www. version, but nothing that would explain this volume of traffic. As far as typein traffic. The term sohot only receives 1600 global searches per month, sohot.in barely receives 10. Ca

iachilles, I think a lot of people have this doubt so I will try my best to answer all the questions you or any other members may have in this thread:

First of all, let me be honest: I do not intend to mention backlinks and type-in because I know the source exactly, I simply mention it because that's what "Bodis" tells me.

Second, I agree with you on the backlinks topic. How it receives such traffic, is out of my expertise area. You can call me a "clueless lucky guy", as I just seem to have fortunately found this domain without such expectations of traffic and revenue. It was just another piece of glass that turned out to be a diamond for me from day 1. I first sold the traffic directly to Adult site owners as they used to pay me on daily basis. After that, I have parked this domain on Bodis since july. Before July, I have google analytics reports of it that I'm attaching here (the time I was selling the traffic directly).

I would further love to share more information had I known it better myself. Unfortunately, that's all I have to offer. My theory is that those backlinks must be very strong or visited by many people everyday. Rest, feel free to do your own due diligence. I am willing to co-operate with anyone who wants to dig deeper in it with whatever data I have with me since the possession of this domain and ready to share any accounts screenshots, access, reports - even direct access to my parking account via teamviewer with any potential buyer who wants to.

Finally, I don't want to suggest anyone to buy it in hurry. Since this domain is earning everyday and is the main source of my bread and butter, I'm happy to keep it as it gives me $15 (average) for every day it is not sold. I'm not going anywhere, neither is this domain. I find no problem if anyone wants to take their time and maybe, watch this domain for few more days, weeks or even months. If the traffic stays continue, we can deal that time itself. I guess that's the less-risky move for anyone, if they don't mind on losing few bucks in everyday earnings.

I discussed with soofi but the payment terms are bit complex. He asked for installment options. I'm more towards a simple deal with less or no installments.
