Geisha means "traditional Japanese female entertainers " .. Sorry but I hardly see any value in this domain.
Put it on sale in Bargain Section or Auction to recover your price.

If you are going to develop it then you can find some buyer but undeveloped domain of this type is very hard to sell.

I have to agree with that. Because of the conflict with China before some days, then it willnot so hard to find japanese investor
