Will the new GDPR privacy law mean less number of UDRP against domain owners because of the whois restriction? How will the data be sourced from the registrars in case of a UDRP?

How do they connect? I think the trademark owner saw the domain on sale and fired the case? Why need Whois?

What if the domain was not for sale. how do you trace the owner to shoot the case to.

We have to put them on after market to sell. If they see them there, Don't they just need to fire the domain to ICANN?
