The BIN was a personal call made by you for $110.00. When you announced the BIN amount the bidding was at $39.00. You never mentioned a reserve price in your opening thread.

One last thing to remember. Once you've set up an auction - don't alter it or change it. You can add bonuses and extras to encourage bidding, but never ever change any of the above items. Not everyone bids the very moment they see the auction. Give it time. If no one bids on the first run, list the auction again.

The mis-understanding was between you and the rules of selling, and not just here on this board, on some boards csdomains could possibly have claim for $39.00 since that was the actual bid, and for sure kslup_k had rights to it at $110.00, which as we see now was about half again what you got off bGay.

You're a good member, this does not reflect any previous M.O., and I think it should be set aside. Just follow the rules, man and all goes well.
