GD AUCTION-Whois sale?

I have several domains listed on basic GD auction. If some contacts me directly through Whois, can I sell it without paying the auction fees?
BTW, They are all regged at GD

If you sell your domain(s) directly to a buyer, you don't have to pay commission to GD.
