It actually is a great domain name. Probably has very little resale value (if any) but if you're looking for a name to sell people on the virtues of gardening, I'm hard pressed to think of one better.

As seniors said you will not get a lot if sold to reseller.Best way is to develop a good site and you can earn a lot as the niche "gardening" is always in demand.Apart from CPC ads,a lot of affiliate schemes are available for Home and Garden category which can get you some amount which will be definitely greater than $XX.

I'm not going to resell the domain, I was thinking the same thing, a nice gardening site and it should properly sell, get some backlines, build it up a bit!
