Gaming Header and Logo $100 Cash to Winner

I am getting ready to redesign one of my websites and need a header and logo for the website gaming-360.com. The current design will be changed so the header should not be based on the current design of the site. The height of the header should be around 70px high and the width should be at least 800px. I would like it to be flexible in its design so it would look good at larger and smaller widths.

I am open to any color choices, but the site deals mostly with the xbox, so those colors might work best. If the header has top menus, the text should be independent from the graphic so it can easily be changed.

I do not have a slogan, but fee free to add one for that added touch.

The winner will need to provide the layered header image, logo with a transparent background, and a favicon.ico.

The contest will end when I receive and entry that is acceptable. Get in early to have a chance at the prize. $100 will be paid via paypal to the winner.

Thanks for all the submissions. Sorry for my delayed response. Here are a couple of comments:

kabir: too plain
Cooper: good but looking for something a bit more fancy
dvirhazout: too plain
ami: good, not sure about the large X
static: too plain
mav: too tall logo too large
dvirhazout: good, but needs somthing more
jackieh1791: good job, could the gaming-360 text stand out more?
nizzay: I like the right section of the header, but the text is too large and the rest is plain.
ZeniusIVanisher: Font a little large on the logo, the image of the halo guy is too clan like

Thanks for the new entries. I should have specified this before, but it would be best not to have any unmodified xbox logos in the header. This will prevent any possible copyright infringement.
