Hey,

I'm selling GamerFantasy.net, a developed gaming directory with around 100 or so games. The site is a favorite among people I've asked because everything is consolidated into one location. Details:

PageRank:
gamerfantasy.net is PR3
www.gamerfantasy.net is PR4

Traffic:
Site has recieved 212 uniques so far this month. Last month, hits were being recorded from the 18th on and it got 284 uniques between then and April 1st.

Revenue:
A few clicks from AdSense here and there; not anything to brag about.

Hosting/Domain:
Domain is registered with Namecheap.com, so the buyer gets a free push to his/her Namecheap account. You are responsible for providing hosting (I'll leave the files up for two weeks after payment - ample time to get the site up and running on your server/hosting account). Buyer will be sent files via email in .zip or .rar format.
