Title: Gamer Axis - www.gameraxis.com
Description:
A gaming site committed to only giving the best. Based upon the 1024x768 resolution users and higher. We have a design that has been designed and customized by Anton Wiklund and myself. Anton Wiklund goes to GSCept College in sweden. www.gscept.com . He has been hired to work on designing and modelling for the upcoming Battlefield game in its' series.
The forum has a big header, but we fixed that by allowing you to click it and have a smaller header drop down. Also included in this site would be a license for a RPG System.
We already have a database of nearly 170 members, and 3000 post. We have not advertised yet, seeing that it would be better to advertise when the site was up. I have created a banner advertisement to display. It took nearly 8 hours, having to import around 100 pictures. You can view the banner here www.gameraxis.com/graphics/GamerAxis.html . If you would like to see its' full effect let it run through once, and then hover it the second time.
Once our site was up, I would be able to affiliate with www.sonygamers.com and www.gamer-talk.net . I have emailed them and they told me to email them back when the site was up. So if you purchased this, I would gladly email them.
Operational:
1 1/2 Month. Reason - Parents told me I need to act more like a kid, because I would be doing plenty of business at an older age, and that I can only be a kid once.
Amount of Income:
None at the moment. We do have banner space on the forums, and on the layout. I am not 18 yet and am not eligible to register for Google Adsense. Otherwise I would put it onto the spots.
Expenses:
I do not pay for hosting at the moment. It is sponsored. But when purchasing this site you may want to put it onto your own server, seeing that the sponsoring will not be taken into effect. Although I can give the host a piece of the pay and have that set up for the year. We have other domains pointed at the site, but can not take this into fact. They are owned by friends, and we do not know the amount or if they will ever take them off. The domains that point to the site other than www.gameraxis.com are www.fraggersrealm.com and www.80gb.com, www.120gb.com, and www.200gb.com. *Note fraggersrealm, 80gb, 120gb, and 200gb are not mine and are just directed at the site. The owner can decide to change them at any time.
Traffic / Income:
We currently do not have the best traffic available. Although when the site gets coded more traffic would come daily, and we would be affiliated with bigger sites. Google PR:
Currently we are at 4. With content I am sure the bigger sites will begin to affiliate. I've asked around on big sites and they said they would when I had content.
User Notes:
This site will / can grow easily into a greatly populated gaming site, and ads would be able to be put onto it and generate large amounts of income. The facts here may not be very pleasing, although some are. I am looking to get on with other businesses, like acting, and having fun as a kid. I would be willing to sell the site with the uncoded layout if you would like to buy it right now. Also with the banner.
Bandwidth / Space Used: About 2,750 megabytes of bandwidth and 300 megabytes of disk space used.

If I do not think of it as a high increment I will sell it to the one before if it's for the final bid. *Note if you think $700.00 is too much please do not say, it is roughly what he have spent on the site so this is what I'm starting at. It would have been more but my friend Anton gave me a discount on the graphics. And all the extra goodies (including the flash banner) are included with lots of exclusive rights which would make the cost much more.
