The actual value could be high but its selling value is likely $0, seeing that it's infringing (Disney is bigger, yes, but Nintendo isn't any nicer to mess with)

Why exactly is this an infringment on TM. I don't know the laws but calling this a trademark infringment without development (and then without anything about GBA or Nintendo) doesn't make sence to me. Why would this be a TM problem?

Because Nintendo owns the rights to the term 'game boy,' as they have since like, the late 80s/early 90s or whatever. It makes no difference if a domain is in use-if it's infringing, it's infringing.

And with the WSJ domain: I don't know if 'Wall Street Journal' is trademarked & I'm too tired right now to check.
