i dont think so, im sure the game creators would have reged them if they wanted them, and i am sure they are happy for fans to develop sites. nice domains.

The fact that they haven't registered the names doesn't necessarily mean that there's no trademark issue. With that said, I don't really think there should be any TM concerns in regard to these domains, since they're clearly fansites.

yes, i see where you are coming from. I owned many tony hawk game related domains and had a good relationship with neversoft and activision at the time.
