Galcomm.com registry help

HI All

I have a domain name registed at Galcomm.com, it is one of the names I got a while back via namewinner.

Anyway I have the domain Pending in Afternics Escrow and I need to transfer the domain to the buyer of the domain ASAP

Now I looked in the account panel of my Galcomm.com account and I can not seem to work out how to do it...

I have email Galcomm.com and sent them a support ticket and have not heard from them...

I made an account on Galcomm.com for the buyer already but I just need to push the domain to his account, but have no idea how to do it..

Does anyone hear have domains at Galcomm.com and if so do you know how to push them to another persons Galcomm.com account..

I want to do it ASAP before the buyer changes his mind..

I can't just give them my account details because I have 2 other domains in that account also...

Go to Manage Domains - Domain Names. Then select your domain name. When it is displayed it will show many more selections in the menu, including "Move domain to new user".

That's how I do it. But I think I have a reseller account which has a few more options than a regular account, so maybe it isn't possible with your account. Then you'll have to ask support (which unfortunately may be closed on Fridays as I think that's part of the weekend in Israel).

I got it all worked out ,, so thanks for your reply...

here is what they emailed me,,,,

1. Log into your Galcomm.account
2. Click on DOMAIN NAMES, under the menu Manage Domains, located at the left side of your panel
3. Search your domain name and click on CONTINUE buttom
4. Click on the domain name you wish to move.
5. Click on the tool MOVE DOMAIN NAME TO NEW USER located under the menu Manage Domains, at the left side of your panel.
6. Follow instructions on resulting page.
