I am selling it so cheap because I want to sell as much as I can, If I sold it for $20 each I would maybe sell 2 but at $5 each I can sell lots more.

I am not sure about the encoding.

So, you can't give screen shots of the admin panel. You can't tell me if it is encoded and you regave the same site url. I guess support for the script if it breaks down or don't work after sale is out the door too. So, I was interested and looking for an alternative and easy to work with script, but you lost me.
