In the near future AI can make your very best domains into full fledged websites and give you a list of companies that might be interested in advertising on your site just ready for your final approval. AI can take care of the design and content and all the promotions, updates, maintenance, support and inquiries, billing and finances, and any other tasks that you might want to assign to it, in short AI can build a website and run it for you too on a fully autonomous mode, all you have to do is to give your approval on a few things occasionally when AI asks you to and check the stats to see how your website is performing. This could very well be the next step in the evolution of domaining, so it might be a good idea to keep a few of your premium domains that are suitable for development. There might come a day that no one can find any good domains to buy any more as all the best domains probably will be made into Autonomous Websites. Although AI can make a website for any domain, but it will sure make things easier if you have a few good domain names. (Just my Predictions)

I just got the domain Mortgage.Link and I am going to wait for the Artificial Intelligence technology to become more advanced in the near future so that AI can make it into a website for me and more importantly maintain and run it in a full autonomous mode.

I think this type of AI could definitely increase end user sales of domain names, there are millions of people who have the dream of an online business that are going to need to invest in that most important thing, the domain name

On the flip side, as a established webmaster for many many years, I would have some trust issues with the AI running my sites, I am sure i can get very used to it if AI brings in cash though.

There is a lot of work involving especially the fact that you need to have pre-made templates, if not just use wordpress with default themes and databases on various subjects full with articles, just to be a 100% automated experience.

Assuming that your AI is part of a network with all the other AI's (which most likely it will be) , when people ask their AI to find them a product or service that matches the products and services that you have to offer on your website your AI will be aware of all that information and so it can tell you exactly how many potential customers there are out there for you. Once you let your AI know of your criteria and price expectations your AI can then enter into negotiations with a pool of all the other AI's who have been assigned by other people to find a certain product or service that matches yours in order to connect all the right people together. Things will be very targeted and efficient in the future. IMO

In the case of domains, when other people ask their AI to find them a suitable domain name in a certain price range, your AI will be aware of that information through the network and so it can tell you exactly how many people are interested in your domain and at what price, because of the fact that domain names are unique products this process will be even more targeted and efficient than when people are looking for general products and servicers, for example your AI can tell you that it just became aware that the CEO at a certain company has asked his AI to find him a domain name that matches perfectly to one of yours and is willing to pay up to 250k (now wouldn't that be nice )

There is no limit as to how much AI can help us at so many different levels. The one good thing that I see is the fact that AI is going to save us a lot of time that is currently being wasted by all the tedious tasks that are involved in making and maintaining a website.

I can second that. My site is purely user generated content. There is no predicting what will be popular and what won't.

Automatic means someone registers yoour site and can have a chat bot that asks you questions and based on the answers, the website is created. That is Ai in my opinion.

Hello Fellow Old Timer: I would like to be a part of this. Is there an opp for for me to earn revenue through sales or management at some point ??? If so, I want to plant a seed and perhaps start learning more now. Doable? Can you direct me? I have experience from prior successes when younger. You guys are right to some extent, Human creativity, judgment, and supervision are elements that cannot be replaced easily at least not for a long time to come, but AI can work with Humans and will be good to do all the tedious, repetitive, dangerous, and time consuming tasks that are involved and can free up a lot of valuable time that is currently being wasted, but keep in mind that AI is evolving fast and someday it might be able to surpass all Human abilities, unless of course it is held back to advance to that point on purpose. IMO

This is with assuming humans already know the maximum of their abilities. You would be surprised how powerful the human brain really is... so much that no "AI" can dethrone it...ever:

The human brain is indeed powerful, but we are so lazy sometimes, and I think that will be our doom.

Also, AI can work 24 / 7 so they will be more productive and giant companies will prefer robots instead of humans.

But keep in mind that eventually we will have second, third, and forth ..... generation AIs that are going to be created by AI itself which we as humans probably won't have any clue as to how they are going to work. Eventually (perhaps a long time from now) AI will conquer and surpass our ability of quantum thought which through the existing natural network of biological brains (humans and animals combined) has been keeping the World stable for millions of years in the chaos of quantum particles which are there one second and disappear the next. Once AI learns how to control and manipulate quantum thought it will be the start of a whole new World, what place if any we as humans will have in that World totally depends on whether the first generation AIs that we are creating right now are being trained to be a force for good or not.

Of course here in this thread we are just focusing on AIs that can help us create and maintain our websites and perhaps help us sell a few products or services (such as domain names. ).

Don't put everyone in the same bag just yet. Not all humans are "lazy", and even the human brain of the laziest human ever works 24 / 7, otherwise they'd be dead.
