Hello everyone.. I am going to make this clear as possible. I am looking for someone to design a FULL site... For this I will be willing to make you partner in this site. I can promise that your payment would be 10-times the amount of the job if I just out right paid you for it. There are several factors on this issue. Here is the requirements.
1. You must be an excellent designer with a proven track record.
2. Must have SKYPE (You will be talking on SKYPE often to our Staff)
3. Must have great working abilities and not slack
Ps. To be honest.... this could be the last job you ever take. We are founding a company and this business will gross about 1.2 mil its first year. You would be a part of that.
