FS: IPB Perpetual License

My brother bought this in March, his website never really got out of his thought process apparently, so he asked me to try and sell his IPB license. I'm not sure what these go for used, so just post or PM me any offers.

I have 22 positive feedback (no negative) on EBay and have been a member since 2004, username is ProtegeChris. I have just under 40 verified transactions on PayPal.
