Hand reg domains today - any good? ( I am not from US so never sure what works)

1. I know its a .net but not many restaurant geos around - hand reg today.

2. I like the DD thing in the .com

3. .info well ..

1) FR... around $30 without content. But if you put some content, domain is very brandable.
2) DD... Brandable, can't used just as a website.
3) Long... $80, Real estate on internet really does work, but good luck with SEO.
