FRESHDROP.NET - Free TDNAM Expiring Names Tool

Hello friends,

I had made a thread in the 'Available Domains sections' but thought that it may now be more appropriate to create a new thread in the Expiring Domain sections because now our tool includes Expiring Domains.

For many people that have been using this tool, there isn't really a need to an introduction. But to those that have not used it before, you will find it really handy, simple to use, and very powerful tool to acquire expiring domains from TDNAM.

The Free tool scans the TDNAM "closeouts" and "expiring names" section on an hourly basis and provides Page Rank, Checks if the PR is suspicious, Domain Age, and many other analytics at the finger tip of the user.

Some neat features include a quick filter for 'LLL', 'LLLL', 'NNN', 'NNNN', 'English Words', 'Pinyin Words', 'Spanish Words', and many more...all done with just one click of the button.

You have to click the "Time Left" tab twice. You can also set the number of days under the "Domain criterias" section.

Thanks for quick reply, however I sitll can't get it to listed the most newest drops. Over 4+ days left. I can see the list at TDNAM.com but not on FreshDrop, that is what I was asking for. (This feature was working before tdnam changes a month or 2 ago).

Oops, I guess I should have read your question closer :hehe:

There are no closeouts with more than 4 days 23 hours. That is when they enter the $5 Closeout Bin on tdnam. If you want names that were just added to tdnam, then you have to go to the Exp Names section. Names enter the Expired Name section with 11 days remaining. If no one bids on a name, and there is no backorder on the name, then when the time remaining ends, it is supposed to enter the Closeout section, with 5 days left.

Freshdrop.net is down currently. The scheduled maintenance timing is bad as this is the time many need to place Namejet backorders. As a paid subscriber I would like to know when the site will be down at least. Maybe the maintenance time can be scheduled at a better time?

Domains are not able to copy and paste anymore. This is a downgrade.

Thanks for your notes. The upgrade was scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM PST. Currently, the upgrade is taking longer to perform. We had scheduled the upgrade during this time, since it was a time between auctions.

The upgrade we are currently working on was a necessary upgrade not only so that we can add even more better features to the site, but also to prevent the system from becoming unstable due to such a large growth we are experiencing.

A notification was placed on the site throughout the day noting our downtime. Rest assured, we have a team of technicians working to make sure the site comes up as soon as it is ready. However, our primary objective is that the site comes up properly and without hickups.

Because of the nature of the upgrade, we have our staff dealing with this on both West and East coast. This time period was the best in our schedule due to the complexity of the upgrade and the necessity of qualified staff to perform the procedures. As well, during this period our vendors would be available to provide assistance.

ok Sleepys, Bob and others....

As the guy who first said I liked the old layout better, I have to revisit that comment...

I like them both. In fact, if it where not for one annoying feature, I'd consider completely switching to the new interface.

In the new interface, you can't select the text of the name... the other night I was dancing because I got such a hot name only to later realize I bought a typo. (but not one worth having)

I actually use them both a fair amount... I don't know your plans, but unless it costs you something, I'd leave 2 for a long time. As someone who spends a lot of time on both, each has its strengths and weaknesses.

Anyone using only one, should check out the other. IMO.

I think you will be convinced to switch over to the new site as we start to add even more incredible functionality to the site. This was impossible to do with version 2 since we simply ran out of space.

We are working on a patch, essentially for Chrome -- something happens where it automatically starts our videos from 'Take a Tour'.. this does not happen from other browsers.

Suggestion: The google search results metric is not working correctly. Most of the domains with high google results are misspelings of popular terms and the results are not accurate.

Good Evening Love the site.

Lately I have been getting back blank results. Not sure if this is happening to anybody else. I have tried on a few other computers with the same result. I can see the domains orginially when the webpage loads but then I click on NNN and then there is the loading message followed by nothing but blank lines.

Figuring there might not be any NNN I click back on All but yet again see nothing but blank lines.

Very interesting error see I see no JavaScript errors. I am using IE7

Seems to work fine with Google chrome and FireFox

I usually get those results when I leave Freshdrop open for too long and the data expires. This need to be corrected with a refresh. If you get a blank screen with no horizontal lines, that indicates no results. You get that a lot with NNN. The horizontal lines usually indicate you left it inactive too long. Is this happening at the beginning of your browsing session?
