Agreed 100% but for something like this, I'd have valued it upon commercial development factors, not necessarily parking data.

Where did you find this stats? I can see much less search volume than this (Choosing Match Type as 'phase' or 'exact' when checking with google keywords tool)

Currently Google indicates the phrase "free quotes" gets 3,600 searches on a monthly basis, doing a broad match gives you an incorrect indication of the actual search volume.

I think they purchased this for the branding potential, and the generic nature of the name, not search volume....."Free quotes" can be used for so many different things..Insurance quotes, mortgage quotes...

Yes a good branding name can be as good as a generic , i feel its as much about what a name can be , as well of what it is
