FreeGamblingBook.com
The idea behind this site is to offer a free gambling eBook, each week, and sell additional eBooks, on the side. I've set a low price of $4.95 each to attract users to buy an eBook rather than wait a week for the next free download. Currently, I have an inventory of four products in the store in addition to the downloadable book currently being offered for free. I purchased these eBooks off eBay with master reseller rights for less than 99 cents, so you can potentially make a 400% profit per sale.
FreeGamblingBook also features sections for articles, which can be monetized with ads. I have already integrated ads into the design on both the homepage and download page. Another revenue model I have in mind is to sign up for gambling affiliate programs and earn commission by placing affiliate links on the left-hand side of the site and on the "make money" page.
The design on the site is fully custom and unique, and the code is 100% XHTML valid. I hired an excellent designer and coded the site, myself. FreeGamblingBook is powered by Wordpress software, and I have already integrated several plugins such as the shopping cart, which handles eBook orders, and a SEO plugin that optimizes the layout for search engines.
The domain freegamblingbook.com was registered on Nov. 5th, 2002 and expires in 2009. It's an old domain, which helps it get indexed in Google, easier. I also own freegamblingebook.com, which I will include in this sale. Both domains are registered at Moniker.com.
This is a project that I am looking to sell in order to free up some funds for the approaching Christmas holiday. I am willing to sell this entire package (unique concept, site, domains, designs and eBooks) for $50, a bargain given the development costs, value of the domains, and the great potential I see in this site.
