freebe.be - Can I transfer out?

I had some .be's registered with freebe.be during the free promotion.
I recently got an email from them for renewal, and I decided to pay for two of them. Their interface is VERY simple though, I and would rather have the names with a better known registrar, such as Namecheap, Moniker, Godaddy, etc. I tried transferring the names with Moniker though, and they emailed me and said they don't support .be transfers. So my question is, which WELL KNOWN registrars can I transfer a .be name to and how much will it cost.
