I used to know there was this script which made your site into a free hosting service so users could sign-up and get their own free hosting and subdomain from your site.

ipanel is insecure, you can gain access (root server).

Yeah Multihoster is what I use, http://www.multihoster.com Really good script however it may be good to have some php knowledge to add features to it.
