Free Hosting managment tool/script

Hi, i am starting the business of free hosting site and i need to know if anybody knows a good script to manage all the site.
My idea is to automaticaly allow users to sign up and start their own account.
Also i have to be able to include some ads there so to have a return on the investment.

Please, will help all the info you can provide.

Try http://www.amfrservices.com/index.php?page=3 - I know the developer, and he said the next version will let you put ads onto people's pages, but you can always tell people that they need to add your ad code or have their site removed.
