Automated Hosting Script

I have a dedicated web server with tons of free space. I was going to start a free hosting company. One that just offers a small amount of space and transfer without any ridiculous gimmicks. I can make each account myself, but I was wondering if there is a script where people can sign up and my cpanel automatically makes everything for them, including a subdomain of their choice.

I hope I've explained this well enough, but if I haven't let me know.
