Free TLD Transfer

Hi

Whilst not a newbie to domains, I am hoping someone will have done their homework slightly more than I have. Is anyone aware of any registrars still offering free transfers in of TLDs?

By free, I mean completely, no-money-changing-hands free, not free transfer but you pay renewal fee.

I am looking to transfer about 30 TLDs initally that are all registered for 10 years already, so not wanting to shell out for a renewal that is not going to happen now.

Any recommendations gratefully received.

I think that Domains-JP might offer this, but I'm not sure.

I think a reistrar COULD offer a zero-cost transfer if they wanted to, but they really don't have any incentive to do that. Even more so if your domains are registered for many years. What would be the benefit for them unless you will be registering new domains with them?

Why do you want to move the domains?
