Free Template - My Best Yet

Well, I just cranked out another template, and I think it's my best yet! Check it out! Feel free to give me REP and NP! And don't forget to give me suggestions!

change the color and like add a little bit of shining in there and it wil look great

ALRIGHT, I added some stuff, made it better (I think), updated it, so take a look now!

edit:: my server seems to be having some problems, the psd will be up as soon as possible, you can see the jpeg right now though! hopefully my server will be back up soon...

edit2:: I have put my file on rapidshare for now.
