Its good but only for people without domains... i think it would have been better if u were able to set the DNS

Well first off, it would require root access, and your own server. Don't even touch the htconf if you don't know what your doing, or even have a script do it. Using a simple fopen and adding new domains/subdomains to point to name servers really would not be that difficult, although you would need a powerful vps/server to take on the job of connecting to mulitple dns daily for every request.

If you need to set DNS then you need a dedi IP and a dedi server (or at least a VPS). That would cost with cpanel around $30/month for the vps. Not worth the hassle imho.

Just a dedicated IP would not do the job. VPS should do it, but keep in mind you will get many connections for dns.

Email forwarding will only be easy to install if you know how to do API for cPanel, otherwise you will have to install your own email program, modify a bit, and do your own API. Otherwise it's really not that easy.
