Hi .mobi followers

I have been looking for FREE .mobi development tools but i cant finde anyone i like... I dont have the best skills iin development so i hope there is some good tools somewhere and that you guys know about any of them...
I have been looking at Mobizcard and was told that this was the best one but grrrr i dont like it so could you guys give us the links to free tool in this thread plz..
