Free links to your developed siteswith min of one year age

Hi all, I am giving free links in my directory for websites having developed and running for a min of one year. If you have sites submit them and i will approve within 48 hours

Look at your directory again.
It is out of whack with the wp theme.

And personally, since I tried various wordpress plugins (free and paid) to create directories and classified ads, I came to the conclusion it is the worse idea ever.

Thanks for your advice, I am making changes, but for submitters they will get a free link. So it does not matter how this site looks.
