If you own a celebrity fansite Famous Cuties wants your url. No reciprical link is required if you dont want to.
To add a link just browse to the celebrity you have a site for and click add link on the links page. Add your information and your link will be added automaticly. I will be checking to make sure they are related however.
if you own a multi celebrity, wallpaper, image host, free list site, games site or anything you think my visiters might like you can add your link with a reciprical link
