Free Flash Programs

Hi, im not sure if this is the right place but does anyone know of any free programs that make flash files and that are easy to use?

you can make movie using your webcam and it generates .avi file for you
then you can convert .avi to .swf

Here is a resource for free flash tools. May be you have to use 2 or more tools to accompalish a task. There is a tool to convert power point slide show to SWF.
If you have only one work, then you can try SWISH MAX demo version. It won't output any watermarks during trial period.
