Flash Videos

We all know how dominate and great YouTube is but recently I've noticed a lot of websites starting to use their own flash streaming videos like YouTube do.

Is there any free scripts out there for this? I don't have any Flash skills so if there is a script where I could convert the video files into flash like Radio.Blog does with MP3's would be fantastic.

I'm sure there used to be a free copy of a youtube clone script, although i have found this:

The free may have been an illegal version of it, it's $150 and you need to install ffmpeg onto your server for it to work

Actually, i misunderstood your first question:

That site seems to allow you to upload videos, and convert them to flv files, and is free, i think this is more what you are after.

just download some program (google flv converter or smth like that) that converts swf to flv. it takes about 30 seconds.
