Free Domain reseller accounts

I wanted to know how companies are offering domains for $6 or $7?
Is there anyway to get a reseller account of onlinenic for free or a cheap price being able to register domains for under $7 ?
or is there any company giving reseller accounts for free or a very cheap price that let me register domains for under $6.5 ?
I currently have a reseller account with estdomains and I register domains for about $6.50. can I register domains for cheaper prices?

at USD6.50, you are already getting the best price...I do not know any registrars offer at 6.50. So, why change?

I really don't know how some companies register domains with onlinenic cheaper than $6 !!!

oh I forgot to say that I know a company registering .info for about $1.9.
I wanted to know what registrar they use and how can I register .info at this price?
