Bah! I give up, i left them a year ago when they removed paypal and started outsourcing support in asia/india and its clear that they havn't changed their ways.

I find it funny...at 4:30 their live support was online, they must have known that they were going to not be releasing it and pulled live support or something.

Maybe they were never going to offer resellers...maybe it was a publicity stunt...who knows!
