It means, they might ask you to provide your business TAX ID or something like that.

Please DO NOT register more than one domain.
If they find out that you did so, they may cancel your domains , and also may cancel many other domains. as they should pay ICAAN a price(although very low).
you can transfer the domain you want anytime you want, and also, you can deactivate(its not activated on default) auto-renew. so you can be sure that they will not charge you next time.(Its not Yahoo! its Register.com!)
