Free Domains are subject to a content check and Freenom's content policy, are not owned by the registrant (or you), cannot be transferred and can only be registered for a period up to 12 months at the time.
So basically they get you, both the affiliate and freenom with charges for this, and charge for that...
So who would want a free domain that is not free or yours?
