information Free DNS Inspector - Automated Tests on Any Domain, Instant Report

Wanted to introduce my DNS analysis tool that runs 40 automated tests across 9 categories on any domain and gives you a full report with a score. Figured it might be useful for anyone here managing domains or troubleshooting DNS issues.

What it covers:

• Parent DNS — Authoritative NS verification, TLD delegation, glue records
• Nameserver Analysis — 17 tests including lame delegation detection, subnet/AS diversity, TCP/UDP availability, recursive query protection, stealth NS detection
• SOA Records — Serial consistency, MNAME validation, refresh/retry/expire timers
• Mail Exchange — MX consistency, hostname validation, IP uniqueness, reverse DNS
• Security — DNSSEC validation, wildcard DNS, NXDOMAIN hijacking, CAA records
• TXT Records — SPF, DMARC, domain verification records

Most test references the relevant RFC, so you can see exactly what standard is being checked. Issues are flagged as passed, warnings, or critical - makes it easy to spot what needs attention.

Been developing for a long time, thought I'll finally release whats done.

Most of the tools are beneficial to those that have websites and want to find issues, though here it seems people are trying to get rid of domains.

'Bravo Mod Team' : Actually if someone is changing DNS to sell a domain the DNS Checker would be a great tool to see if DNS is correct and also if there are issues with the company you setup nameservers on especially if the site is not coming up. Also the DNS Propagation Checker also would be very helpful to check the Cache freshness to see if you got the reach and it shows the TTL from all the locations so you know not to keep hitting the refresh button and when you should check again.


"URL Stream" : You got a really nice actual marketplace yourself.

Right now my listing is built on DNS data and pricing with API's I have, so the company comes from the nameserver, and there would be quite a bit of missing items, I am still consolidating the companies that were acquired etc not very high on the priority list. Still adding features and improving slowly.
