...hazlo.ai....

Thank for sharing.

Need a little tweaking, not my domain, but just tried:

TheQueen.com came in lower than the typo TheQuee.com
Thanks for testing it out. I'm still working on it. I think all domain appraisal tools suck - but in fairness, I know why - it's very difficult to program the logic to do it all. Rank short, rank brandable, compare similar sales. Hazlo.ai uses several data elements; it combines AI (LLM) with data from past sales, scores based on my experience as a domainer, and many other elements. I think it's working pretty well, but it needs to be adjusted for sure. I'm going to keep working on it. I just need more people willing to try it out and share results. I would love to get more domainers looking at it because I think the major fail of all the other tools out there is that they are not built by actual domainers and leave out so much of what needs to be included in a good valuation.

If you click on AI Semantic Analysis button, it yields better results and shows that TheQueen.com has a much higher value than TheQuee.com. I dont have that auto selcted becuase it does cost me money to utiliza the data involved in the enriched search and since im still workign on this I need to keep the costs down :)

So, I gave it a whirl on Hazlo and some others for comparison....

ypeh.com

Hazlo.ai - Conservative $12,268
Saw - $16,000
Estibot - $10,000
Godaddy - $3,804
Humbleworth brokered sale - $1,070

I honestly think its worth nearer $1k than $12k. I put it on afternic for $28k for a laugh and will reduce that to something more sensible when I get round to it.

If you want people to test it, maybe start a thread. I would be happy to test a few more of my domains for you.
Thank you for checking it out. Yeah, maybe I will start a thread. I'm still working on it, but I'd really love input. As I get feedback, I can improve it.

Hey everyone,

I wanted to introduce myself and an AI-powered domain appraisal tool I have been working on. As a long-time domainer, I've always hated how unreliable most appraisal tools are โ€” they undervalue gems, and rarely reflect what actually sells. I think it's really important that we get a tool like this that's actually built by a domain investor. Keep in mind I'm still working on this. It's not by any means perfect.

Hazlo.ai โ€” an AI-powered domain appraisal tool that tries to be brutally honest and accurate.

It combines real comps (from DNJournal & public sales), TLD end-user adoption checks, typo/misspelling detection, AI-niche bonuses, and LLM semantic analysis to give ranges that feel closer to reality.

I also added a free geometric logo generator (inspired by OpenAI/Anthropic/xAI style) because domainers & startup founders need quick, clean logos without wasting time/money.

It's still early โ€” I'd love honest feedback and testers. What works? What sucks? What features would you want to see?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts!

A valuable bit of data would be which competing domains are for sale vs 'taken' by end users. That's the variable that sometimes gets ignored in the focus on tld count.
Obviously the domain taken in 100 tlds by end users using them will be more valuable than the domain taken in 10 tlds by end users using them while the remaining 90 tlds are on sale by domainers.

Added the feature you requested, needs more tweaks, but it's getting there.

I just sold this domain for $65K, so it was not far off.

This is the valuation of the one-word + AI domain I mentioned in another thread, where the .xyz version was taken and listed by another domain owner for $xxx.

After I tested several available names, particularly the one-word + AI, the valuations tended to be higher compared to the random two-word domain names.

What was the domain you tested? So, didn't think it was accurate, but were confused by the message. One word .ai will usually rank higher than many two-word .ai or two-word .com - depending on length and other factors. We do favor .ai and recent sales back the high valuations on .ai.

That's okay, I'm generally quite happy with this alternative valuation tool compared to the existing ones. Furthermore, it was developed by domainer who understands the factors that make a name valuable in the premium domain market.

This needs some work:

Quick fix: It should at least respect CamelCasing.

Thanks for sharing. We fixed this bug - our system did pick up Camel Casing on other similar names like agentictruth.com, but you are right, AgenticLine.com was read as Agent Icline. This has been corrected. I appreciate you giving it a try and letting us know about that.

Would you be willing to share the domains here or in DM so I can take a look? Thanks
Let me see if I can pull up the low ball
