Hi everyone,

I've been a member of this community for a while but haven't posted much until now. I'm a broker myself and have been running my small agency, RobinBrokers.com, for the past several years. It's been an good journey, and I've learned a lot along the way.

Lately, while my brokerage continues to have a steady flow of clients, sometimes I feel like I am not doing enough when we don't get good response or expected sale despite multiple marketing strategies and branding. I feel a strong pull to shift my focus. I want to move from providing brokerage and sales services to creating AI-based solutions that can help the entire domainer community.

To that end, I'm currently developing multiple SaaS platforms and one of them is appraisal report SaaS. The goal is to provide deep, actionable insights. Some of the core features will include:

  • Past Sales Data: Visualized in easy-to-read graphs to track sale history of any domain.
  • Advanced Statistics: Data on domain age, number of expiration, history, and other factors ( I know some of them are quite basic but will improve it later on)
  • AI-Powered Analysis: An intelligent summary of a domain's strengths and weaknesses, presented in natural language.
This is where I could really use your collective wisdom. Need your advice on what you would consider a 'must-have' feature in a modern domain appraisal tool and what you find most frustrating about the current tools you use for domain analysis

I would be happy to offer limited free beta access once it's fully ready.

Thanks in advance for your time!

I see. Thanks for your feedback. I can try to make it free but to a limited number of request, you know cost of APIs, resources etc.
You're right, there's a huge trend in AI and SaaS tools nowadays but my main aim would be to connect different sources of information regarding domain's value and sale in one report and keep it as simple as possible rather than adding something which would be of no practical use like some paid solutions do . Let's see how it turns out
