...hazlo.ai....

Thank for sharing.

Need a little tweaking, not my domain, but just tried:

TheQueen.com came in lower than the typo TheQuee.com
Thanks for testing it out. I'm still working on it. I think all domain appraisal tools suck - but in fairness, I know why - it's very difficult to program the logic to do it all. Rank short, rank brandable, compare similar sales. Hazlo.ai uses several data elements; it combines AI (LLM) with data from past sales, scores based on my experience as a domainer, and many other elements. I think it's working pretty well, but it needs to be adjusted for sure. I'm going to keep working on it. I just need more people willing to try it out and share results. I would love to get more domainers looking at it because I think the major fail of all the other tools out there is that they are not built by actual domainers and leave out so much of what needs to be included in a good valuation.

Just saw this post on LinkedIn by Dave Evanson, Senior Broker at Sedo, selling AWM.com for 49k. Ran this through Hazlo.ai, and we show a $50,000 calibrated fair market value estimate, so I think we are on target most of the time.

I would still put some work on coherency

First it seems to understand what AgentSwarm is (multi-agent system), and I CamelCased the name, then it disregards it.

@bmotive How would you manually price this one?

Yeah, this is a challenge I'm having. I want to give value to inventive non-dictionary words, but doing so opens valuation to exaggerated results like this. I would manually price this at 3-5k; it's short, pronounceable, but not that memorable. I actually own a ton of short inventive .com's that are over 20 years old, and have found it challanging to find buyers when i price them high. Factom.com. I sold to a crypto company for way less than I wanted, and they had raised a ton of money, so I knew they could afford it, but they just did not budge. But before they came around, I held it for years and could not find a buyer, so I was factom.com worth the 25k I wanted. I think so, but the reality is I could not find a buyer for more than 5k on that one. What do you think the value should be?

Hazlo .com just sold for $110k. If the buyer is also interested in acquiring the .ai, the tool you built is upping the value of your .ai, because it kinda shows that you don’t have to sell it.

I think the company that bought hazlo.com is https://test.tartoro.com/. Does not look like a company that is doing anything with AI, so they may not prioritize purchasing hazlo.ai. But I do think the value of hazlo.ai just went up because there is demand for this name. If someone wanted to buy it now, it would be a good time because it's still possible for me to change the name of my appraisal tool - but that time is running out, and hazlo.ai will be worth way more than just a domain purchase :) BTW, I have not sold anything on Atom.com its been a totally waste of time for me - im moving my focus back to SEDO and Afternic and my own networking to sell.

awm.com appears to have been sold. The Sedo listing is gone, yet it’s now listed for sale on Spaceship for $600,000. It looks like a domain investor may have acquired it.
