Fraud Alert Urgent Advice Needed

I own this domain(creditcards dot lu) and accidentally i discovered that is for sale at Sedo. How could this happen????? I have never submitted this domain to Sedo for any reason.
Please advice ASAP Can anyone post for sale domains that belong to other persons?

Sedo does verify. I had a bunch of my own domains on hold since they seemed to have problems believing I owned them.

Given the situation, I am guessing this will have a hard time clearing escrow! Obviously you should contact Sedo.

If it was registered before, chances are the other
owner might have had it listed for sale at Sedo.

99% chance it isn't fraud - A previous owner may have listed it there , And most domainers never remove the domains - Nor does Sedo check to see when domains drop.

It may seem strange but I have even bought a name through Sedo and had problems getting it listed as it remained on their lists as for sale!

Most of the .lu names seem to have dropped.

I have already contacted Sedo twice in the past 12 hours and i still haven't received any answer.

Just contact Sedo if it worries you , On most mainstream extensions - It doesn't worry me as much (I keep my contact email account checked several times a day) But on CCTLD's - and especially ones that shows the Registrars details as the "Contact/Admin" details on the Whois query ... I might would worry that a mistake could be made if a transfer was requested.

More than likely that site listed above is the former owner. You may be able to just contact him and require the names be removed if he/she does in fact control the Sedo account in question.

Almost 24 hours have passed and no reply yet from Sedo.

It's not for sale right now. Probably they fixed the problem.
