Frames...or better not?

Ok..so I make a simple page with 2 frames...in the frames there's a lot of text. If someone searches google for a word/phrase that is also on my site what will google show as a result? a link leading to the frame, to the page....? 10x

Frames are not recommended if you want to rank high more easier in the search engines.

Use a table or better than that CSS Positioning to reach what you need.
