Hey, i recently tried my hand creating a minisite, adoptapenguin.co.uk and im really new to SEO, at the moment it gets listed in most search engines but it says:

Sorry, you don't appear to have frame support. Go here instead - Adopt a Penguin.

How do i go about changing this?
