Forums selling for $4k + !

This forum has an offer of $4,500 and it only has 51 members and 321 posts.. that's quite alot :tri:

What do you guys think?

I think i should develop a forum like that and get as much members as that forum and i'll try to sell it for $1k + and buy myself a new computer!

Well, it has some very nice site design, a blue chip domain (webmasterforums.com!!) which sets it apart from the average community site.

This site will go far in the hands of the right owner.

nice... I see it now has 53 members hehe
they are actually selling the custom coded cms and the domain(they made $5 from adsense in 1 day) and the forum is sorta a bonus

Whenever i see sites selling for alot of money, I always get inspired to develop more websites :D

I hope to sell a forum/website for enough money to buy a computer some day

maybe i'm dreaming, i don't know :D ..
