2) Does this include everything as seen in the site?
3) Any traffic? Some stats screenshots please.
4) How many members so far? When was it established?
5) Is the forum skin custom made or...?

Hello everyone,
I am thinking about selling my site, so I thought I should put it up on sitepoint. I will have an auction ending next Thursday, March 17, 5:00 PST. However, I reserve the right to cancel the auction if I do not recive a desired price. Here is a brief overview of my site:

Domain:
SysChat.Com is a great domain for a few reasons:

* Spellability
* It is short
* Easy to remember
* Very Marketable, has a nice sound to it
* High demand category, computers and forums


Forum:
SysChat.Com is a computer forum with 76 registered users who have made 556 posts on 136 topics. The topics are pretty high qualility and I even have a few C++ and java tutorials, with more coming soon. Since I have started my forum:
10.44 Posts/day
2.57 Topics/day
1.43 Users/day
However, my forum has really started picking up recently and so recently, those have been higher. I use phpBB, which is a free forum program with alot of support and mods. It is very easy to use, and if you ever need any help, you can ask me.

Traffic:
I currently get about 200 unique per day. Most of it is from users who know of my site, text links and search engines. I am currently #2 on MSN for 'computer forum' and I have 60 pages indexed. I have done many things to get my site better search engine rankings. The way google is set up, makes it hard for young sites, like mine to get some good traffic from it because the slow Page Rank updates and not indexing all my pages, etc... However, once my page rank is updated, I should start getting from traffic from google. Here are some images of my traffic stats:




Financial Possibilities:
I do not currently make any money of my site, but with the amount of traffic I am getting and the rate of growth. If you are willing to spend some time and possibly a little money, you can grow it and use some ads to make some money. The site has little overhead because you dont have to pay for anything except hosting and of course advertising.

Why I am selling:
I am having trouble with school as it is, and I dont need anymore distractions. So I have decided to give it up, for the sake of my grades.
